Shapiro Class is a condensed neo-grotesque sans serif. The design boasts nearly monolinear strokes, giving the family a modern look. But, with roots in the grotesque, it’s not without heart. It remains adaptable, waiting to be assigned meaning, making it ideal for text and display in projects ranging from branding and packaging to advertising and editorial. Shapiro Class has 8 weights, plus italics — or 2 variable fonts, further multiplying Shapiro’s already expansive typographic range of use.
